1. Rental Age

Car, motorcycle, scooter and ATV rentals are permitted only for persons aged 21 to 75 years.

2. Driving License

Each customer must hold a valid driving license appropriate for the vehicle category they wish to rent. The license must be valid.

3. ID Card or Passport

A valid ID card or passport is required to complete the rental.

4. Use Within Iraklia

Rental vehicles may not be taken outside Iraklia without prior written consent from Rent & Ride Iraklia.

5. Driving Rules

All drivers must use our vehicles responsibly and with great care to avoid accidents. Driving on beaches or along the shoreline is prohibited. Our vehicles are not intended for racing or dangerous use. In case of dangerous driving, the company reserves the right to repossess the vehicle without refund for the remaining rental period.

6. Driver Authorization

The driver must hold a Greek or International driving license for the corresponding vehicle category. The license must be valid and have been issued in the renter's country of residence at least one (1) year before the rental date.

7. Rental Duration

The minimum rental period is one (1) day. A rental day is calculated from 09:00 to 20:30. By prior arrangement, the return may be extended until 08:30 the following morning at no extra charge. Delays exceeding two (2) hours are charged as one additional rental day.

8. Insurance

All rental prices include basic third-party liability insurance. The renter is liable for any damage or theft (partial or total) up to the vehicle's market value at the time of the incident. The amount corresponding to the damage is paid to our office and refunded if Rent & Ride Iraklia is reimbursed by the insurance company.

9. Theft Protection

All motorcycles and scooters are equipped with a steering lock for greater security while parked.

10. Payment Method

Payment is made at the start of the rental, either by cash or credit/debit card (Visa & Mastercard).

11. Deliveries – Pickups

Deliveries and pickups take place at our station during business hours. Outside business hours or on holidays, delivery or pickup is available only by prior arrangement. Deliveries to other locations are also available upon request.

12. Reservations

A 30% deposit of the total rental amount is required to confirm the reservation and may be paid by cash or credit card.

13. Cancellations

In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.

14. Traffic Violations - Fines

All fines, traffic violations, and related administrative penalties are the sole responsibility of the renter.

15. Taxes

All listed prices are subject to the applicable VAT as determined by Greek law.
